Job summary

Spekit is seeking an AI Content Specialist to join our Customer Success team at a pivotal moment. You’ll guide AI-driven content builds, turning raw source material into polished Spekit experiences using automation and AI agents.

Work with CSMs and Solutions Engineers to scope customer needs, QA outputs, refine content, and ensure layouts, structure, and language are clear and useful for reps in the field.

Qualifications

• Strong written English and ability to rewrite dense material for clarity.
• Excellent verbal communication and client-facing collaboration.
• Genuine design sense for content formatting and readability.
• Curiosity about AI tools and hands-on experience with AI workflows.
• Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Content Building: use AI workflows to scrape sources and create structured content.
• Editorial & Quality Control: refine AI outputs to be clear and useful for reps.
• Design & Visual Structure: ensure consistent formatting and visual hierarchy.
• Customer & Team Collaboration: partner with CSMs and Solutions Engineers to scope needs and deliverables.
