Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking an Event Coordinator to manage end-to-end meeting and event logistics across Sta. Rosa, Los Baños, San Pedro, San Pablo, and Tanauan branches.

End-to-End Meeting & Event Logistics: Coordinate and execute operational planning, venue preparation, audiovisual setup, and on-site/virtual event flow for GLE Appreciation Meetings (AM).
Dealer & Network Engagement: Design and drive interactive engagement strategies before, during, and after Appreciation Meetings to maximize attendee participation and sales yield.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with regional teams and Dreams Fulfillment Officers to ensure alignment on event schedules, logistics preparations, and agenda objectives.
Content & Presentation Preparation: Prepare and organizing event collateral, recognition slides, collateral materials, and presenter scripts following official brand guidelines.
Attendee Data & Attendance Management: Manage invitation and attendee tracking, check-in registration processes, and post-event attendance data collection across branch and regional events.
Post-Event Analytics & Feedback: Collect, consolidate, and analyze participant feedback surveys and event metrics to assess overall event effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Contract Duration: Must be willing to work under a 3-month contract.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in event coordination, corporate communications, trade marketing, network engagement, or direct selling operations, but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Educational Attainment: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Command of presentation software (MS PowerPoint, Canva) and interactive engagement platforms, proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking attendees, feedback scores, and budgets. Hands-on experience operating virtual event platforms (Zoom Webinar, Teams) and standard AV setup components.
Managerial and Soft Skills: Self-driven accountability with the ability to lead specific project tasks or event sub-committees, articulate written and spoken communication skills tailored for varied audiences (dealers, field teams, executives), quick-thinking ability to resolve live event issues calmly and effectively, clear understanding of how dealer motivation drive business volume and retention, and multi-tasking skills to coordinate multiple event timelines simultaneously without missing deadlines.
