Job summary

TransPerfect Business Solutions Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide excellent support in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in BPO/call center roles, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to work across multiple systems. Flexibility for shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO or call center experience.
• Experience in a financial account is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems/applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, as required.
