Job summary

NORDE INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTORS is seeking a customer support professional to handle inquiries, assist with orders, and coordinate the deployment of Field Service Engineers for on-site client concerns.

You will ensure cases are updated in the system and forward troubleshooting reports with photos to the principal for spare parts claims. The role requires providing rapid assistance during incidents and coordinating with FSEs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and address orders.
• Give information and assistance to solve customer concerns.
• Ensure proper and timely deployment of the assigned Field Service Engineer (FSE) to attend to the on-site client concern.
• Ensure and confirm that cases are properly updated and documented regularly in the system.
• Send a summary of the troubleshooting report and picture of defective parts to our principal for claiming spare parts and defective consumables.
• Provide quick assistance to the customers when an incident occurs and/or seek assistance from the Field Service Engineer if needed.
