• Must be amenable to working onsite in the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange(PITX)

Responsibilities

• Assist customer orders and reassign transactions for fulfillment rate.
• Handle and resolve complaints for drivers and users professionally.
• Submit tickets for escalated concerns such as damaged/missing items or undelivered orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
