Job summary

Lalamove is seeking a Customer Service Associate to be the brand ambassador and main touchpoint for customers and drivers. You will answer calls and chats, ensuring fast, friendly service and a positive experience.

This role requires handling orders, reassignments, and escalations, and requires patience and clear communication. You will work onsite at PITX in Paranaque with a passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling voice and chat channels.
• Ability to assist customers and drivers with patience and clarity.
• Willingness to work on assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customer orders, reassigning transactions, and modifications for fulfillment speed.
• Resolve complaints for drivers and users professionally.
• Submit tickets for escalated issues like damaged/missing items or undelivered orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
