Testing Site - JPMC in the Philippines is seeking a Client Data Manager II to oversee custody operations, directing workflow from client onboarding to closures. The role entails leading a team, optimizing capacity, and ensuring robust controls and timely reporting.

The successful candidate will improve processes, stay ahead of regulatory changes, and communicate effectively with internal and external clients while maintaining a strong focus on risk management.

Qualifications

• Operational subject matter expertise in Custody account opening, maintenance and closures.
• Strong risk and control awareness with ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong ability to learn ongoing markets, products, and processes.
• Confident communicator across internal and external clients.
• Strategic thinker capable of process improvements.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow through the life cycle of account opening, maintenance and closures.
• Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning and ensure team structure with training and succession planning.
• Ensure all daily controls and processing are completed and signed off including client service inquiries and metrics.
• Establish policies, procedures, and guidelines to strengthen controls environment.
• Provide direction and leadership to the team and contribute to CAS process development.
• Communicate strategic and regulatory changes to staff across the department.
• Review SOP content in line with new policies and risk management.
