Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow through the life cycle of account opening, maintenance and closures.
• Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning and ensure team structure with training and succession planning.
• Ensure all daily controls and processing are completed and signed off including client service inquiries and metrics.
• Establish policies, procedures, and guidelines to strengthen controls environment.
• Provide direction and leadership to the team and contribute to CAS process development.
• Communicate strategic and regulatory changes to staff across the department.
• Review SOP content in line with new policies and risk management.

As a Client Data Manager II within the Custody Operations you'll be responsible for the operational management and control of the daily workflow within Client Account Services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the workflow through the life cycle of account opening, maintenance and closures. Operational management and control of the daily workflow within the team
• Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning and ensure team structure is robust through effective training and succession planning
• Ensure all daily controls and processing are completed and signed off including client service inquiry resolution, as well as all key metrics are produced as required
• Establish policies, procedures, and guidelines which comply with internal and external controls to continuously strengthen the controls environment
• Provide direction and leadership to the team and contribute to the strategic development of CAS processes
• Provide effective communications to the department, ensuring staff are aware of strategic and regulatory changes in the organization
• Continued review of content and presentation of Standard Operating Procedures, in line with introduction of new policies and ongoing risk management activities

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred

Additional Information:

• Shift Schedule: Mid Shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PHT or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PHT)
• Work Setup: Full Time Onsite
