Infinity 88 Business Consultancy seeks an HR Specialist – Culture, Events & Management to develop and maintain engagement initiatives and culture programs. You will organize corporate events, support people management activities, and align HR efforts with the company vision.

The role focuses on fostering a positive workplace, improving employee experience, driving internal communications, and partnering with management on organizational development initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement programs that promote a positive, productive, and values-driven workplace culture.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, motivation, teamwork, and employee satisfaction.
• Develop activities that strengthen company values, work ethics, accountability, discipline, and professionalism.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys, culture assessments, and feedback sessions.
• Identify workplace concerns and recommend initiatives to improve employee experience and organizational culture.
• Promote collaboration and effective communication across departments and teams.
• Develop employee recognition and appreciation programs, including Employee of the Month, service awards, and performance recognition.
• Monitor employee participation and evaluate the effectiveness of culture-building initiatives.
• Plan, organize, and manage company-wide events, including Annual Company Anniversary, Christmas Party and Year-End Celebration, Team Building Activities, Company Outings, Employee Recognition and Awarding, Town Hall Meetings, Leadership Conferences and Management Meetings, CSR Activities, and Employee Birthday and Special Occasion Celebrations.
• Prepare event proposals, budgets, timelines, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with suppliers, venues, event organizers, and internal departments.
• Manage event logistics, program flow, manpower assignments, and resource requirements.
• Ensure events are conducted within approved budgets and company standards.
• Prepare post-event reports, documentation, and feedback evaluations.
• Develop an annual corporate events and employee engagement calendar.
• Assist management in implementing HR policies, guidelines, and organizational initiatives.
• Support employee relations activities and facilitate communication between employees and management.
• Address employee concerns, workplace conflicts, and engagement-related issues through proper coordination with HR management.
• Monitor employee behavior, workplace discipline, attendance concerns, and adherence to company policies in coordination with concerned HR personnel.
• Facilitate employee onboarding activities, orientation, and company culture integration.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in employee retention initiatives and identify factors affecting employee satisfaction and turnover.
• Support management in implementing organizational changes and people development programs.
• Coordinate with department heads and managers regarding employee engagement, culture, and organizational concerns.
• Assist in developing HR initiatives aligned with company goals and management directives.
• Monitor implementation of management programs, internal activities, and HR action plans.
• Prepare reports and presentations regarding employee engagement, culture initiatives, event accomplishments, and HR-related concerns.
• Recommend improvements in workplace policies, employee experience, and internal management practices.
• Facilitate management meetings, employee consultations, and internal communication activities.
• Support the implementation of performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure that company programs and activities are aligned with organizational objectives.
• Develop internal communication materials, announcements, and employee advisories.
• Ensure employees are informed of company activities, policies, programs, and management updates.
• Create engaging communication campaigns that promote company culture and employee participation.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department for internal branding and corporate communication materials.
• Promote the company as an employer of choice through culture-building and employee engagement activities.
