banapple is seeking a production cook to ensure quality and compliance in our kitchen operations. The role requires proven cooking experience, familiarity with multiple cooking procedures, and the ability to work in shifts with long hours during peak seasons.

The candidate should be self-motivated, capable of working without direct supervision, and able to maintain cleanliness and proper labeling, while ensuring all materials and equipment are properly handled and shut down at the end of each

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cook.
• Experience with cutting tools, bakeware and cookware.
• Basic Mathematical Skills.
• Flexible and able to work on shifting schedule.
• Willing to work long hours during peak season.
• Self-motivated and able to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision.
• Complies to cGMP standards at all times.
• Checks completeness or availability and quality of materials for Production; requests them as needed and reports issues to the Team Leader.
• Records critical process control data and ensures specifications are met.
• Ensures SOPs are followed and correct codes/labels are used.
• Ensures equipment are turned off at shift end and area remains clean.
