Qualifications

• Experience architecting AI‑native platforms with measurable business impact.
• Proven ability to scale systems and lead high‑velocity engineering teams.
• Strong track record translating tech depth into ROI and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Define the 3‑year roadmap for futurify.ai & evlos™, platform evolution, and infra scale on Google Cloud.
• Link architectural bets to revenue growth, margin, and client ROI with target uplift.
• File 10+ patents in 2 years across hybrid human‑AI workflows and Agent2Agent protocols.
• Run continuous prior‑art sweeps and collaborate with legal to secure claims.
• Spin up internal accelerators and deliver production pilots in < 90 days.
• Lead modular AI stacks with 99.9% uptime and responsible guardrails.
• Maintain a code‑by‑day‑1 rule; reduce iteration loops through agentic automation.
• Embed SRE, security, and ethical guardrails into CI/CD with real‑time dashboards.
• Hire, coach, and retain world‑class engineers; drive YoY internal promotions.
