Job summary

First Gen Corporation invites a Development Studies graduate to join our growth efforts in energizing communities across the Philippines.

In this role, you will design and operationalize livelihood programs, coordinate with partner organizations, and monitor program progress, tracking income and impact while preparing stakeholder reports.

You bring at least 5 years of related work experience and a dedication to building self-reliant communities through sustainable development initiatives.

• Graduate of Development Studies with at least 5 years related work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Livelihood Program Development Design and operationalize livelihood programs to promote self-reliance among host and neighboring communities. Develop masterplans, proposals, and business models for farmer associations and community enterprises. Coordinate with partner organizations to secure resources and technical support. Facilitate product development, packaging, and market linkage initiatives.
• 2. Program Implementation and Monitoring Track organizational and individual income derived from livelihood initiatives. Maintain databases on membership, income, product and marketplace activity. Prepare progress and final reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Development Studies With at least 5 years related work experience
