In this role, you will design and operationalize livelihood programs, coordinate with partner organizations, and monitor program progress, tracking income and impact while preparing stakeholder reports.

You bring at least 5 years of related work experience and a dedication to building self-reliant communities through sustainable development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Development Studies with at least 5 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Livelihood Program Development: Design and operationalize livelihood programs to promote self-reliance among host and neighboring communities.
• Program Implementation and Monitoring: Track organizational and individual income derived from livelihood initiatives. Maintain databases on membership, income, product and marketplace activity. Prepare progress and final reports for stakeholders.
