Recruitify_HR is seeking Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to handle patient inquiries, insurance questions, and service-related concerns with accuracy and quality service in mind.

You will respond to inquiries via phone, chat, or email, provide guidance on services and claims, assist with form submissions, document interactions, and help maintain satisfaction metrics in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduation required; college preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Onsite availability in Metro Manila.
