Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is seeking candidates for a 100% onsite BPO role with a night shift. The position handles customer service for US accounts, with training provided and opportunities for career growth. The role emphasizes English fluency, strong computer skills, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Proficient to fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer navigation and MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support in English via phone.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet SLAs.
• Learn new mortgage and insurance procedures and tools.
• Keep accurate records and handle loan documentation using MS Office applications.
