Job summary

ZETA WORLD REALTY, INC. is seeking a CSA Engineer to oversee the coordination, inspection, and implementation of civil, structural, and architectural works for housing development projects.

You will work with project engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, professional licensure preferred, and hands-on experience in building construction or real estate development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related engineering discipline.
• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect preferred.
• Experience in building construction, residential housing, or real estate development.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of other design/construction software is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, inspection, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively with contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Willing to work on-site and accept assignments to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate civil, structural, and architectural works at the project site.
• Review approved plans, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate CSA requirements with Project Engineers, Architects, MEPFS Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify that works are implemented according to approved plans and specifications.
• Monitor construction progress and identify discrepancies, deficiencies, and technical issues.
• Assist in resolving design and construction-related concerns and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and other technical submissions related to CSA works.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and civil interfaces to minimize conflicts and rework.
• Assist in checking quantities and physical accomplishments for CSA work.
• Support the preparation and review of punch lists, inspection reports, and as-built documentation.
