Experienced in large-scale construction (specific to industrial, commercial, medium, and high‑rise buildings, and world‑class warehouses)
Capable of reviewing plans, prints, specifications, and schematics
Ability to manage construction projects
Knowledge and experience in LEED Consultancy is advance
Competent in documentation and preparation of reports (including submission of progress billing report)
Well‑versed in QA/QC business Processes
Familiar with the Local Permits acquisition process
Excellent communication (written/verbal) skills
Willing to relocate - Project area: CAVITE
Responsibilities
Creates a feasibility study by analyzing engineering design, conducting environmental impact studies, and assembling data.
Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models.
Produces engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Coordinate with the client, designer, and contractors.
Ensure construction progress is within budget and the agreed schedule.
Report to site in full-time 9.5hrs x 5.5 a week, and to render extended services as needed, specifically on Regular Working Days beyond 9.5 hours of work, Rest Days, and Holidays.
Track changes in Plans or constructions; update budgets
Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials
Prepare billings to clients
Identify potential and financial for construction and commercial risks.
Provides recommendations, suggestions, and takes necessary actions based on code, standards, legal, and technical aspects as deemed necessary.
Perform any other tasks as directed by EPC Management.
Prepares and submits weekly and monthly reports to the construction/project manager
Attend to any job‑related instructions provided by the client and EPC-PSAI without jeopardizing the specific project assignment.
