• Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities, including the supervision of project teams and subcontractors
• Develop and implement detailed construction plans, schedules, and quality control measures
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Identify and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during construction
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts
