• Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the accounting team for crypto and digital asset transactions.
• Supervise reconciliation of crypto wallets and digital assets.
• Monitor regulatory developments related to crypto and advise on compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams on financial insights and reporting.
• Manage outsourced accounting processes and vendor relations.
• Review financial statements and prepare internal/external reports.
• Coordinate tax filings and audits with external CPAs.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve systems and policies.
• Mentor staff and foster continuous professional growth.
