Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial accounting, reporting, and tax management.
• Strong compliance awareness with global regulatory standards.
• Familiar with digital asset accounting and fund settlement.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and improve accounting policies aligning with IFRS/GAAP.
• Oversee daily accounting, vouchers, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Coordinate annual audits and regulatory inspections.
• Manage tax declarations and planning to minimize risks.
• Lead and develop the accounting team with OKRs.
