Job summary

RAC Phil Corp. in Metro Manila seeks a driven Telesales Representative to handle inbound inquiries from campaigns and website traffic, and to conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads to register and verify. You will build trust, handle objections, and drive sales with active listening and confident closing.

The role requires 1–2 years of telesales experience, strong communication skills, and a degree in any field (preferred). A dynamic environment and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years relevant telesales experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in any field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from prospects via campaigns and organic website traffic.
• Make outbound sales calls to warm and cold leads to register and verify.
• Demonstrate confidence in the ask and making the close.
• Create and efficiently manage a callback schedule to reach and speak with assigned leads.
• Manage customer interactions by building trust and rapport, leveraging active listening and use conversation tools to overcome objections and drive sales.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the company and competitor's products, promotions and services.
• Work variable schedule(s) if needed.
• Work in a fluid and dynamic environment.
