Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers (250 calls per week).
• Introduce products and services professionally.
• Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads.
• Handle questions and objections effectively.
• Schedule appointments and generate sales opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate customer records.
• Update leads and activities in the CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
