Job summary

Ivoclar is seeking a Customer Relations Management Associate to support CRM data integrity, pricing, and account maintenance across SAP and Salesforce platforms.

You will manage customer master data, territories, and commission tables while ensuring accurate reporting and operational efficiency. The role requires SAP-ERP experience, advanced Excel/Word skills, and strong communication within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
• At least 2 years in a BPO or CRM, order management, or operations role.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or SAP.
• Strong SAP-ERP knowledge and solid Excel/Word skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update customer accounts, pricing, and sales data in CRM and SAP.
• Manage customer master data, sales territories, commission tables, and accounts.
• Support customer setup, archiving, merging, and ongoing data maintenance in Salesforce.
• Process pricing updates, promotions, rebates, royalties, and related reporting.
• Coordinate data transfers and support commission processing activities.
• Maintain accurate customer lists for sales and marketing teams.
• Serve as a SAP Power User, providing process support and guidance.
• Assist with SAP Business Warehouse setup and training activities.
• Identify process improvements and support documentation and compliance requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient CRM operations.
