Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd in Alabang is seeking an experienced SAP C4C Consultant (Mid to Senior Level) to lead CRM implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives in a hybrid setup.

You will work with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective SAP CRM configurations. The role requires 4+ years of SAP C4C experience, and strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, plus integrational experience with ECC/S4HANA and CPI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) experience.
• Strong experience in SAP Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud configuration.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user support.
• Knowledge of integrations with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, CPI, or other third-party systems.
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders and translate business requirements into solutions.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, or support projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
