Love, Bonito is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Manager to own how we talk to and reward our customers. You will lead a lean team, turning customer data into campaigns, rewards, and decisions that drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

You will manage CRM communications, loyalty strategy, and mobile engagement programs, building personalized campaigns and evolving our customer insights to inform broader marketing strategy.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (Braze).
• Experience in driving mobile engagement.
• Experience managing a loyalty or membership programme.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Analytical and proficient in SQL.

Aufgaben

• Own CRM communications strategy and calendar across channels.
• Build and manage campaigns to drive acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
• Drive segmentation, personalization and A/B testing to improve open/click rates.
• Own loyalty programme strategy from enrollment to rewards and redemption.
• Analyze customer data to inform marketing decisions and improve engagement.
• Lead vendor relationships and manage CRM/platform budgets.
