Job summary

Filinvest Land, Inc. is seeking a Web Development and CRM Manager to orchestrate enterprise-wide lifecycle marketing, automation, and customer data management. You will design automated journeys, govern segmentation, and ensure brand-aligned communications across the customer lifecycle.

The role bridges Digital, Brand & CX, Customer Insights, Operations, and Residential BUs to deliver business outcomes and a unified customer experience. Strong CRM leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
• 5–8 years of CRM experience across lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with enterprise CRM platforms (MoEngage, Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze).

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Filinvest's CRM strategy across the entire customer lifecycle and automate journeys.
• Govern enterprise-level segmentation and personalization in partnership with insights teams.
• Design, implement, and optimize automated journeys and messaging across channels.
• Ensure data integrity, tagging, and lead routing in alignment with sales and operations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Digital, Brand, CX, and Residential BU teams.
• Track CRM KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver insights for journey optimization.
• Establish CRM content standards and governance, ensuring compliance with data privacy rules.
• Lead CRM specialists and manage vendors and Martech integrations.
