Job summary

Lendi Group is a market-leading digital platform in Australia and the Philippines, driving the property journey with AI-powered marketing. We seek a Marketer specialized in automation to design journeys, build emails and landing pages in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and apply SQL with AI help.

You will support a Customer Journey Manager, manage segmentation and testing, and help optimise campaigns while collaborating across fintech and strategy teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build journeys and emails.
• Skilled in HTML, CSS and AMPscript for email development.
• Experience in stakeholder and campaign management to deliver communications on time.
• Experience building automated journeys and workflows.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance daily work.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and build marketing journeys within Marketing Cloud.
• Create personalised emails, SMS and landing pages.
• Write and optimize SQL queries with AI assistance and maintain database objects.
• Support the journeys team with build, testing, reporting and optimisation of campaigns.
• Define segmentation criteria for batch and trigger emails/SMS campaigns; conduct A/B tests.
• QA support for journeys and campaigns across initiatives.
• Create and maintain documentation for journeys and campaigns.
• Coordinate roadmap and backlog of Customer Journey/Lifecycle and Marketing Cloud enhancements.
• Collaborate with journeys team to drive best practices, efficiency and objective alignment.
• Manage and triage helpdesk tickets for journeys space.
