Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring a CRM Incident & QA Support Specialist for a leading on-demand consumer marketplace. You will monitor alerts, diagnose promo issues, and coordinate with owners to fix root causes, while serving as a QA gate for CRM campaigns, flows, and deliverability before launch.

You will review campaigns and ensure copy, code, targeting, and deliverability are correct the first time, with precise documentation and timely escalation when needed. Remote role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with dashboards tools (Tableau, Power BI, Chronosphere, Sigma).
• CRM tools such as Braze, Iterable or Salesforce; 2+ years on an ESP platform; 1+ years QA-specific CRM campaigns.
• Cross-functional troubleshooting with partners to identify root causes and document incidents.
• Basic SQL (joins), basic HTML; comfortable with JIRA, Slack, Google Workspace and Sheets.
• Experience reviewing, updating and scheduling digital campaigns spanning copy, code and creative.
• Attention to detail, strong written and spoken English; thorough pre-shipment testing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts and diagnose promo issues to limit impact.
• Triaging incidents and working with campaign owners to fix root causes.
• Escalating issues to appropriate teams and leadership as needed.
• Maintain detailed incident logs and note recurring gaps.
• Run QA on CRM and email deliverables: templates, campaigns, flows and SMS.
