Job summary
Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a versatile Power Platform Support Engineer for a hybrid role in the Philippines. You will build, enhance, and support Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse integrations across the organization.
You will work with stakeholders, IT operations, and developers to ensure scalable, reliable solutions with production support and governance. Candidates should have hands-on Power Platform experience and strong problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Experience designing and developing Power Platform solutions.
- Hands-on production support for business applications.
- Strong problem solving across app and integration layers.
Responsibilities
- Translate requirements into Power Platform solutions with stakeholders.
- Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven) with usability focus.
- Develop PCF controls and client-side logic (JavaScript).
- Create REST integrations and Dataverse workflows for processes.
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows and Dataverse workflows.
- Integrate with SharePoint, Azure, and third-party services.
- Follow best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
- Provide Level 2/3 support and production incident resolution.
- Monitor health and performance; address risks proactively.
- Document solutions, runbooks, and release activities.
- Collaborate with IT Operations and Security on governance.
