Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a CRM Developer to oversee and optimize the Franchisee Management System, supporting franchise recruitment, onboarding, compliance and lifecycle management in a QSR environment.

The role demands strong Salesforce experience, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to define product roadmaps. Hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years in systems management, product management, or similar.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Background in QSR, retail, or multi-site/franchise environments preferred.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for the PH Franchise Management Platform and new digital technologies.
• Manage and enhance the Franchisee Management System (FMS) and provide technical leadership.
• Ensure timely delivery of new features by coordinating with project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Gather requirements and priorities with executives and stakeholders and communicate roadmaps clearly.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders for system enhancements, integrations, and support.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and adoption.
• Establish objectives and metrics to measure product success and drive data-driven improvements.
