Jollibee Group of Companies is seeking a CRM Developer to oversee and optimize the Franchisee Application Management System within a Quick Service Restaurant environment. The role involves managing product vision and strategy, enhancing the Franchisee Management System, ensuring timely feature delivery, and leading the end-to-end product lifecycle. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong Salesforce knowledge and a background in QSR or similar industries. A hybrid work setup is available.

Formación

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in systems management, product management, business systems analysis, or similar roles.
• Background in QSR, retail, or multi-site/franchise environments is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define and manage product vision and strategy for the Franchise Management Platform.
• Manage and enhance the Franchisee Management System (FMS) for business priorities.
• Ensure timely delivery of new features by managing dependencies and risks.
• Communicate product roadmaps, progress, and achievements to stakeholders.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch.
