Job summary

Jollibee Group is seeking a CRM Developer (SalesForce/SAP/CX/HubSpot) in Metro Manila. This role will oversee the Franchisee Application Management System, optimize franchise processes, and deliver new features within a Hybrid Work Setup. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly with Salesforce and in QSR environments. Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in systems management, product management, or business systems analysis.
• Background in QSR, retail, or multi-site/franchise environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision and strategy for the Franchise Management Platform.
• Manage and enhance the Franchisee Management System based on business priorities.
• Ensure timely delivery of new features and products by managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders regarding product status and risks.
• Liaise with IT and vendors for system enhancements and ongoing support.
• Lead the product lifecycle from conceptualization to development and launch.
• Establish objectives and metrics to measure product success and analyze performance.
