MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Data Migration Analyst (CRM) to support a large-scale migration program. You will execute data migration activities, ensure high data quality, and work with the Migration Lead across borders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in data migration, CRM projects, or system implementations

Responsibilities

• Migration Execution: execute data migration activities across multiple tranches (extraction, transformation, loading, and validation).
• Data Quality & Validation: cleanse, prepare, and validate customer data prior to migration; perform reconciliation and post-migration checks.
• Governance & Reporting: update dashboards and reports to track migration progress and escalate risks.
