Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM, data analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience working with online or digital products.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms is an advantage.
