Job summary

WSP in Pasig is seeking a CRM Administrator to support Horizon Oracle Fusion for the Australian business. You will maintain client accounts, clean pipeline data, and ensure data quality for planning and forecasting.

The role emphasizes data governance, Excel/Power BI reporting, SharePoint framework management, and collaboration with the Clients & Growth teams to support bid and business development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, IT, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing professional services role.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and data maintenance
• Experience with Oracle systems is advantageous
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Maintain Account records and improve pipeline data integrity.
• Monitor opportunity data in Horizon; check for data entry errors and correct them.
• Educate staff in best practices for pipeline data management in Oracle.
• Collaborate with the Customer Data Team in Finance to keep records up to date.
• Support PowerBI and Excel reporting for business insights.
• Assist with knowledge management in SharePoint library administration.
