Quipper Philippines Inc. is seeking a CRM & Data Analytics Officer to keep CRM data accurate, well-governed, and decision-ready.
You will maintain CRM modules, run data quality checks, and deliver automated reports to support Sales, Finance, Legal, and Partner Success. You will prepare pipeline and renewal-risk reports, build dashboards, and ensure data behind acquisition and retention targets is reliable and available on schedule.
The CRM & Data Analytics Officer keeps the company's CRM data accurate, well-governed, and decision-ready. This role maintains the CRM application modules, runs regular data quality checks, prepares and distributes standard revenue and retention reports, supports internal users, and delivers automations that reduce manual work. The role directly supports Sales, Finance, Legal, and Partner Success by making sure the data behind acquisition and retention targets is reliable and available on schedule.
Perform scheduled quality checks on acquisition data — lead, opportunity, stage, value, close date, and next-action fields.
Perform scheduled quality checks on retention data — account ownership, renewal stage, risk level, next action, last contact, and account-health fields.
Follow up with data owners, document corrections, and resolve or route data exceptions and discrepancies within agreed timelines.
Prepare, refresh, and distribute pipeline, conversion, forecast, and new-revenue reports on the approved schedule.
Prepare, refresh, and distribute renewal-risk and account-health reports on the approved cadence.
Build and maintain dashboards and ad hoc analyses that surface early risks and support acquisition and retention targets.
Configure and maintain CRM application modules
Maintain fields, forms, workflows, views, and templates; support customization and scripting as needed.
Resolve CRM access, user support, reporting, and data requests within the agreed SLA.
Execute periodic access reviews and user onboarding/offboarding controls to protect licenses, data, and cost.
Maintain documentation for processes, data definitions, and standard reports.
Recommend enhancements to CRM structure and reporting that improve data reliability and turnaround time.
Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business or Operations related course
2+ years in an operations or equivalent role and working experience in a fast-paced environment
2+ years of experience in sales process automation (preferably as CRM administrator but not required) and other advanced functionalities
Strong spreadsheet and data-handling skills (Excel or Google Sheets — pivot tables, lookups, formulas, basic dashboards)
Solid analytical thinking and a strong data-accuracy / attention-to-detail mindset
Ability to translate stakeholder requests into clear reports and data solutions
Reliable, organized, and able to meet recurring deadlines and SLAs
Familiarity with Linux, Javascript, and Google Appscript
Experience with a no-code/low-code CRM or database platform (Kintone, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Scripting knowledge (JavaScript) for CRM customization and SQL for querying and data extraction
