About the role

Responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of technology solutions that align with the mission and objectives of various sales channels. Leads the operational support of systems and processes to ensure efficient and reliable technology services. Coordinates with stakeholders and provides reports and insights to management to support informed decision-making. The role also contributes to process improvements and the implementation of sustainable solutions, while adhering to directives and initiatives from line managers, vendors, and business consultants, and incorporating customer feedback where applicable.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage collaboration with stakeholders and third-party service providers to gather insights, provide updates, and support the successful deployment of technology initiatives. Integrate operational strategies while identifying opportunities to enhance existing systems or develop automation features that improve overall system efficiency.

• Lead training and refresher sessions for tenured and newly hired employees, including internal and external customers, to promote effective system use and consistent reporting across stakeholders. Identify gaps and recommend opportunities for improvement.

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams across sales groups. Gather requirements and lead the preparation of business documentation to support feature development.

• Develop visual presentations and dashboards to streamline reporting for internal and external customers under the guidance of the line manager. Test, validate, and deploy data transformation tools and reports to enable faster and more accurate data sourcing.

• Lead all support tasks, including documenting user replication steps and identifying root causes. Coordinate with service agencies to implement fixes and continuously monitor the situation to ensure effective and long-term solutions.

• Replicate and investigate user concerns and issues related to data and technology solutions, developing workarounds and consulting stakeholders, vendors, or service providers as needed.

• Resolve issues in alignment with company standards, policies, and procedures while recommending the most practical and effective solutions.

• Report risks, challenges, and findings to stakeholders, providing detailed replication steps, evidence, and critical analysis to support informed decision-making.

• Gather sensitive and relevant information from users, customers, and internal teams to identify root causes and design strategic solutions.

• Escalate and communicate risks, challenges, and resolutions promptly to stakeholders, users, and key beneficiaries, ensuring transparency and accountability.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems

• Ability to understand business processes and analyze data across multiple datasets to support informed decision-making and solution development

• Experience in managing IT processes and technical tasks through formal courses and on-the-job training

• Ability to transform ideas and information into visual presentations, including PowerPoint decks and process flow diagrams

• Skilled in using Excel formulas for data analysis

• Understand different data structures and layers, with experience in software testing and development

• Exposure to project management, cost-benefit analysis, and issue resolution

• Experience in implementing, documenting, or using ERP systems and data tools, such as Netsuite, Odoo, SAP, or similar platforms

• Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Azure Data Lake

• Participation in ERP System Implementation Training and Certificate in any ERP system (Level 1)
