Job summary

Global Play Hub Innovations Corporation is seeking a CRM & Telemarketing Assistant to support the Campaign Specialist in planning and executing promotional campaigns for Sportsbook and Casino products. You will manage CRM communications, build player segments, schedule messages, and conduct outbound calls to promote campaigns and platform features, with a focus on activation, retention, and reactivation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in CRM, telemarketing, customer service, sales, marketing, or call center environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Copy writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Campaign Specialist in planning, preparing, and executing promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign requirements with Operations, Customer Service, Design, and other teams.
• Prepare campaign materials, promotion mechanics, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Perform campaign quality checks before and after launch.
• Maintain campaign calendars, records, and execution reports.
• Execute CRM campaigns through Push Notifications, SMS, In-App Messages, Email, and other channels.
• Prepare player segments and campaign lists for targeted communications.
• Draft and schedule campaign communications aligned with promotional activities.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote campaigns, bonuses, VIP benefits, and features.
• Reactivate inactive players and follow up with eligible players.
• Maintain records of player interactions and campaign results.
• Assist in campaign reporting and recommend improvements.
• Support other CRM and player engagement initiatives.
