Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking a CRM Analytics Analyst (Lifecycle Management) to drive data-driven decisions across customer lifecycle. This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights and supporting CRM strategies to improve engagement and retention.

You'll develop dashboards, reports, and analytics frameworks, partnering with stakeholders across functions. Strong SQL, Power BI, and Python skills are required, along with excellent communication to present findings to

Qualifications

2–3 years in analytics, BI, CRM analytics, or related functions.
End-to-end analytics project experience preferred.
Strong understanding of customer or business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end analytics, including data extraction, validation, analysis, and insight generation.
Analyze customer behavior, engagement, retention, and lifecycle performance metrics.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor CRM performance.
Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through quantitative analysis.
Partner with internal stakeholders to support data-driven CRM initiatives.
Present findings clearly to local and expatriate stakeholders.
