GECO Asia Philippines, part of the GECO Asia Group, is seeking an Admin Sales Support at entry level to assist the sales team with administrative and CRM tasks. The role requires hands-on CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, and a readiness to work in a hybrid setup with monthly onsite days in Metro Manila.

Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and solid written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; willing to work in a hybrid setup in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM records, customer information, and sales activities.
• Assist with lead management, data entry, and pipeline updates in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Prepare sales reports, documents, quotations, and other administrative requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support sales activities and follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales-related information.
