The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 4 years in recruitment with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, and knowledge of marine regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the recruitment team, ensuring adherence to recruitment policies and procedures
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job requisition through candidate selection and onboarding
• Review and optimise recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates aligned with company requirements
• Conduct interviews and participate in the final selection process for key positions
• Train, mentor and provide guidance to recruitment staff to ensure consistent quality and professional standards
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company recruitment policies throughout the hiring process
• Manage recruitment budgets and vendor relationships with external recruitment partners
• Monitor recruitment timelines and work to reduce time-to-hire whilst maintaining quality standards

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Crewing Supervisor to join our Human Resources & Recruitment team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a supervisory position within our internal recruitment function at our headquarters in Alabang Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.

As Crewing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising our recruitment operations. What we're looking for
