Qualifications

• Medical background with knowledge in occupational health, family practice, legal policies, and procedures.
• Analytical and logistic skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience and 7+ years in clinical or related administration; cruise ship experience preferred.
• Onsite work in Pasay is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily crew case management operations.
• Review clinical care plans and coordinate with medical, legal, HR teams.
• Support disability claims and return-to-work planning.
• Escalate high-risk cases and conduct utilization reviews.
• Coordinate shipboard medical support and 24/7 duty rotation.
• Develop health programs and policy development.
• Monitor performance metrics and quality.
• Lead team coaching and ensure compliance.
