Job summary

Carnival Corporation is seeking a Manager, Case Management & Clinical Operations based in Pasay City, Philippines. The role leads a team handling crew health cases, coordinating with medical, legal and HR partners to deliver timely care and ensure adherence to maritime health standards.

You will oversee high‑complexity cases, support disability claims and return‑to‑work planning, participate in the 24/7 duty rotation, and drive performance metrics, policy development and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Must have a medical background with knowledge in occupational health, family practice, legal policies, and procedures.
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience and 7+ years in clinical or related administration position.
Amenable to work daily onsite in Pasay City, Manila.

Responsibilities

Oversee high‑complexity crew health cases and coordinate care with medical, legal and HR partners.
Manage crew medical claims and arbitration interactions, ensuring accurate documentation and outcomes.
Provide shipboard clinical support and participate in the 24/7 duty rotation for crew health coverage.
Coach the case management team, monitor KPIs, and drive best practices and policy development.
Lead development of crew health programs and ensure alignment with International Maritime Health standards.
