Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; BSN/RN or MD preferred.
• 5+ years of combined experience in patient care, case management, occupational health or utilization review.
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; able to handle multiple projects.
• Shipboard clinical experience preferred; onsite work in Pasay.
• Ability to use PowerPlatform based applications.

Responsibilities

• Engage with crew members, next of kin, medical providers from disembark to return to vessel.
• Coordinate with shipboard and shore-side medical teams for appointments and documentation.
• Advocate for crew members with focus on medically disembarked cases.
• Organize medical transfers via air, ground, or other transport.
• Maintain medical records and documentation; ensure timely communication with treating physicians.
• Be part of a 24/7 on-call roster.
