Job summary

Foodee Global Concepts in Trece Martires City, Cavite, is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Crew member for our busy foodcourt. You will deliver exceptional service, maintain cleanliness, and support smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

As a full-time crew member, you will prepare and serve food, handle transactions, follow safety guidelines, and work closely with teammates to ensure customer satisfaction during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in foodcourt/kitchen preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift items as required.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous.
• Relevant food safety certifications or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes, portions and quality standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, steamers and other cooking appliances.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
• Assemble and plate food items for service, ensuring presentation meets company standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen team.
• Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation, including cleaning of cooking equipment and food prep areas.
• Stock and replenish food items, ingredients and supplies as needed during service.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve any concerns professionally.
• Work with crew members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Follow all company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations.
