About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew (Foodcourt) members to join FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic foodcourt operation where you'll contribute to delivering exceptional food service and customer experiences. As a Crew member, you will play an essential role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our food preparation and service operations, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to established recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen and foodcourt areas, including regular sanitisation of workstations and equipment

• Assist with taking customer orders and processing payments efficiently and courteously

• Monitor food temperature and quality to ensure all items meet company standards before service

• Restock food supplies, utensils and ingredients as needed throughout the shift

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak service times

• Follow food safety protocols and health and safety regulations at all times

• Support the general maintenance and organisation of the foodcourt environment
