FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS is seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Helper and Cook for our Foodcourt operation located in Taytay, Rizal. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring our customers receive consistently high-quality meals in a fast-paced, dynamic foodcourt environment. As a Kitchen Helper and Cook, you will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. This role is essential to our daily operations and directly impacts customer satisfaction and the overall success of our foodcourt.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to standardised recipes and portion sizes in a foodcourt setting
• Assist with food preparation tasks including chopping, marinating, and organising ingredients for efficient service
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of cooking stations, equipment, and storage areas at all times
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure all dishes meet company standards before serving to customers
• Follow all food safety protocols and hygiene regulations to prevent contamination and ensure customer safety
• Manage cooking times and coordinate with team members to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals during service
• Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and reporting of ingredient shortages to management
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance issues promptlySupport senior kitchen staff and take direction effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage high-volume food preparation during peak service times
