Position Overview

As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and maintaining high operational standards in the workplace. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting customers, ensuring product quality, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting team members to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude, answer questions, and resolve concerns.
• Product Preparation: Assist in preparing food, beverages, or merchandise according to company standards.
• Cash Handling: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle cash, credit, or mobile payments accurately.
• Stock and Inventory: Assist with receiving and organizing stock, ensuring products are properly stored, and help with inventory control as needed.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area, including dining spaces, kitchen, or merchandise displays, according to health and safety standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other crew members to meet operational goals and provide excellent service.
