Job summary

A7 Recruitment Company is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager in Cebu City to oversee credit analysis, risk assessment, and underwriting. The role will ensure policy compliance, timely approvals, and effective risk management while leading the credit team to meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and 3–5 years of experience in credit analysis or underwriting, with at least 2 years in supervision. Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in credit analysis, risk management, or underwriting.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate credit applications to ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor portfolio quality, exposures, and risk indicators to minimize defaults.
• Conduct credit analysis and recommend decisions and limits.
• Ensure timely processing of credit applications and approvals.
• Lead and develop the credit team to meet objectives.
• Prepare credit reports, portfolio analyses, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Collections.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Support policy improvements and risk management initiatives.
