Job summary

Manulife in Manila is recruiting for a role that blends reporting transformation, data analytics, and project coordination within the Asia Credit function. You will design and publish Power BI dashboards, automate reporting, and deliver insights to Credit and Front Office stakeholders.

You will gain exposure to credit risk, investment operations, and enterprise-wide process improvements, with opportunities to lead automation initiatives and influence decision-making across the region.

Qualifications

5+ years in financial services or shared services.
Hands-on Power BI design, data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
Gathers requirements, supports UAT, and drives process improvement.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and extract insights.
Advanced Excel skills and data governance understanding.
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Economics or related.
Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
Transform and automate manual reporting processes for efficiency.
Perform complex data analysis, data mapping, and data quality reviews.
Support initiatives through requirements gathering, UAT, and project tracking.
Prepare presentations and reporting materials with actionable insights.
Identify process improvements and data governance best practices.
Serve as reporting checker and coordinate complex ad hoc requests with Front Office.
